Old Town Park City

Deer Valley
Park City's ski-only luxury resort, known for impeccable grooming and white-glove service - lodge condominiums near Snow Park through slope-side estates in the upper elevations.
Empire Pass
A mid-mountain enclave high in Deer Valley with true ski-in/ski-out access and some of the newest luxury construction on the resort.
Deer Crest
A gated community on Deer Valley's east flank with ski access and sweeping views over the Jordanelle Reservoir.
The Colony
One of the largest gated ski-in/ski-out communities in North America, with multi-acre homesites woven into the Canyons side of Park City Mountain.
Canyons Village
The base area on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain - condominiums, townhomes, and resort residences steps from the lifts, with strong rental appeal.
Park Meadows
An established golf-course neighborhood minutes from Old Town. Larger lots, mature landscaping, and mountain views make it a top single-family address.
Pinebrook
A forested hillside on the west side of the basin with a private trail network and quick I-80 access to Salt Lake City.
Jeremy Ranch
A golf-course community at the western edge of the basin surrounding an Arnold Palmer-designed course, with easy airport access.
Kimball Junction
The basin's everyday hub, anchored by Newpark's shops and restaurants with the Utah Olympic Park next door - accessible price points, everything walkable.
Heber Valley
Fifteen minutes down the valley - small-town Main Street charm, bigger parcels, and open space, with the Jordanelle and Deer Valley's growing east side in between.
Hideout
A newer community perched above the Jordanelle Reservoir with mountain and water views, minutes from Deer Valley's east side and downtown Park City.
