Meet Karen Stone

Karen Stone is a luxury real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in Park City, Utah, working with buyers and sellers throughout Summit and Wasatch Counties. Eighteen years in the business, 13 in New York City, the last six in Park City, selling some of the most complicated real estate to discerning clients in both markets She has helped over 650 Park City homeowners appeal their property taxes and speaks nationally on artificial intelligence in real estate. From Nickelodeon to the Wasatch Back

Karen got her start out of college at Disney Consumer Products in Los Angeles and moved to New York to work for Nickelodeon Consumer Products. A career-testing class taken a year after earning her marketing and journalism degree projected she would make a great hair stylist, social worker, or funeral director. None of those careers were pursued – but Karen prides herself on guiding clients through challenging, consequential life events. To date, none of her clients have died, and she still has no skills with scissors.

Thirteen years selling some of the most complicated real estate in New York City taught her negotiation; six years in Park City taught her every neighborhood from Old Town to Hideout. She has helped over 650 Park City homeowners appeal their property taxes, speaks nationally on artificial intelligence in real estate, and when she is not closing deals you will find her on KPCW radio, on stage doing stand-up, or hosting American Dream TV.
